Did we burn the same amount of calorie?
My friend and I used the same oval. He made 10 rounds by running and finished early. I’ve done 10 rounds by brisk walking and finished later. Now my friend says he burnt more calorie because he did it by running. I argue that we spent the same amount of calorie because we covered the same distance, who is right?

He’s right. It’s like driving a car. Cruising at 10 mph for a few miles will use a lot less gas than driving at 100 mph.
