how can i burn every calorie from the food that i just ate?
like after i just eat dinner or whatever how can i burn all of those calories and all of the pounds that i just gained, if any?

Just a friendly tip that not EVERY calorie goes to your belly. Your metabolism plays a big role in converting the calories to energy and there are different types of calories that are used at different times. I suggest doing a daily cardio workout of jogging, running, or using your favorite fitness machine. Try to devote 30-60 minutes a day.
Also remember that everyone’s metabolism burns a different amount of calories. You may need to do more or less working out than a friend you know and the other way for you to know is to experiment.
