I lost 5 pounds in a week ( along with eating healthy of course). Then I started having really bad muscle cramps in my legs. Then my back started hurting and it started swelling. I was in so much pain I couldn't get out of bed. It felt like I had been hit by a truck. So i decided to stop taking the pills. When I stopped taking them the pain went away. A couple of days ago I started taking the pills again and my back is swollen and I am in severe pain. I will probably stop using them. I would not recommend these.
